The food is made to order in a clean, open kitchen. The food is consistently tasty and we have tried a variety of menu options. The only thing we find bland is the fried rice. What keeps us returning is the warmth and 5 star service from every employee there!

I have ordered from here once or twice before because they are literally right across the street from me. I remember telling my husband that I didn't care how close they were it wasn't worth it and we were not going to order from them again. Today I was super busy, starving and had not time to make lunch so I ordered the Chicken Chow Mein off of their lunch special. It comes with white or pork fried rice, and soup or soda for $5.85. The reason they did not get one star is because the soup (I got egg drop wonton mix) was actually good, and the amount of rice and chow mein they give you is more than plentiful. The soup was small and had only 1 wonton but it was edible. The chicken chow mein was not so much. There was not much chicken in there, and the chicken was almost shredded, or cut so small and was about the same size or a tad larger width wise as the bean sprouts they put in the dish. Totally lacked any flavor. Then those awesome crunchy noodles that you get to put on top of your chow mein. Stale. Soft. No crunch to be heard. I threw the menu in the garbage therefor I can not make the same mistake again. I will not be going back.

I stopped in for lunch at this brand new Chinese restaurant located at 5500 State Road 7, Suite #100 in Lake Worth. Mona Zheng the owner was warm and friendly taking my order and her brother Eric cooked it. I had the Chicken with Broccoli and white rice. The dish was hot, fresh and delicious. The sauce had a lot of flavor, and yet was not too heavy or over-bearing. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the broccoli had just the right amount of crispness... definitely fresh, and sitting around. The gentleman at the next table over had the Crab Rangoon, and he said it is the best he has had in years... he is already a regular guest. I highly recommend you give this new place a try... your taste buds will thank you when you do!

It's not a bad place for take out Chinese. The waitress at the counter gave me a special jelly treat, one you can find at an Asian Market. But since we are in the country part of South Florida, it's a welcomed addition. Anyways the food itself is par with other take outs, but they are friendly at the counter, and offer no limit to using a credit card (best for lunch!). Don't know what the reviewer below's credibility is, but to be honest there are a lot of angry senior citizens in the area who just have nothing better to do. As an Elite Yelper, I take my reviews seriously. It's definitely a better option than the take out on Hypoloxo and Lyons.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
